EAs are federally licensed tax practitioners who specialized in taxation and may represent taxpayers before the IRS when it comes to collections, audits and appeals.  EAs are granted unlimited practice rights to represent any taxpayers before the IRS and practice anywhere in the United States. 

No, as enrolled agent we are licensed to represent any taxpayer in any state regarding federal tax matters.  

Yes, we offer different payment options one of them is Refund Transfer which allows you to pay your tax preparation fees from your tax refund.
